The process

When we meet we will take the time to talk through the things that are concerning you. We will talk about how you want things to be and what will help you move in the direction of your goals. The aim of therapy is to give you a better understanding of yourself, your thoughts, feelings and actions. In keeping with a systemic perspective, there may be people close to you that you feel it would be helpful to include in your sessions to strengthen and bring healing to those relationships.

Every attempt is made to complete therapy within the shortest time possible, however this will depend upon the depth and complexity of the issue at hand. Sessions usually last an hour and will ideally take place on a regular weekly or fortnightly basis.

Fee & Payment Method

My fee is $150 per hour.
You can pay by cash or internet banking.
Please be aware that missed sessions and those cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full fee unless by agreement.

Hours

My hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8am – 6pm.
